How much to feed my puppy / dog
At Puppies Up North we have done our research and done many comparisons and have found the Life’s Abundance is the most well-rounded and the top in nutrition for your growing puppy. We use “All Life Stages” as we know that there are enough nutrients in the food for a growing puppy, an active dog and a retiring dog. We love this dog food because you don’t have to keep changing with their weight and age. Life’s Abundance developed “All Life Stages” for pet parents who care about what is actually going into your four-legged best friend.
Lifes Abundance “All Life Stages” is a very good and dense food so you feed less, it sticks to their guts more and they poop less because they are actually using the food in their body. In conversations, I often compare the Life’s Abundance “All Life Stages” dog food to a granola bar…it is very filling. That is how this dog food works…my puppy parents love this food and my puppies start with a ground up version we call mush. When they get to your home, they will be on the full kibble (the hard round pieces). If they are nervous when you get the puppy, often I tell you to hand each kibble to the puppy so puppy thinks its a treat, or play a game with them and roll it across the floor. Any dog will want to keep their area clean so they will often eat the food that way. They will figure out your dish, and will eat readily after the first couple hours.
