If you are ready to claim a doodle puppy, please fill out the application below. I am very prompt at answering texts and emails.

If you do not hear from me within 5 hours of submitting your application, please call 320-250-2464 and I will do a verbal app with you! To hold the puppy, you'll also need to make a deposit. I will do that over the phone. For your initial deposit, I only take a credit card. You may make your final payment in cash, if you wish, or the remainder can go on a credit or debit card.

Committment: Our puppies can live up to 11-15 years. Are you ready emotionally and financially to make this long-term commitment?

Puppies Up North requires new owners to commit to contact us if you are not able to continue to care for your dog.

  • In the event that I am unable to retain custody of the puppy, I agree to make every effort to facilitate its placement in another suitable home.
  • Should I be unable to keep the dog, I commit to returning it to Puppies Up North without requesting any compensation.
  • Additionally, I will bear all shipping costs associated with the return prior to shipment.
  • I also agree that the puppy will not be placed in a rescue or shelter under any circumstances.
A non-refundable deposit of $750+tax (no tax if out of state) is required to reserve the puppy you choose, which will be applied to the purchase of said puppy. Do you agree with these terms?
Because we believe so strongly that nutrition plays a very big part in the health of an animal, we offer a "3 Year Free Replacement Puppy Guarantee for Nutritional Deficiencies". Should you choose this 3-year Nutritional Deficiencies guarantee we stipulate that the puppy must be fed "Life's Abundance Nutritional System" which includes Life's Abundance All Life Stages dog food and supplements for their entire lifetime. The following program has no additional cost, other than the cost of the dog food. It is voluntary and you do not have to agree to it to adopt a puppy.
3 year nutritional terms
Terms:

  • If you have paid your deposit, and you choose a different puppy from another litter, than said deposit must be paid again.
  • The balance is due before delivery of the puppy (I will call you 2-4 days before delivery or pickup to collect final payment).
  • A $20 fee will be charged per day if you ask to hold the for a different delivery date. This new date must be discussed before adopting the puppy to make sure we can accommodate this alternate date.
  • I agree that the dog is being adopted for myself and will not be sold, adopted, or given to another party.
  • If I do any of the above, agree to pay Puppies Up North the amount that I paid for this puppy in full and all costs to get the dog back safely to Puppies Up North.
  • I also understand that if the dog is killed in an accident during transport to your family (plane crash or car accident), Puppies Up North will reimburse you for the money you paid for the dog, but will not reimburse you for the plane ticket, health certificates, crates bought and money for driving to or from airport.
  • In the event that I am unable to retain custody of the puppy, I agree to make every effort to facilitate its placement in another suitable home.
  • Should I be unable to keep the dog, I commit to returning it to Puppies Up North without requesting any compensation.
  • Additionally, I will bear all shipping costs associated with the return prior to shipment.
  • I also agree that the puppy will not be placed in a rescue or shelter under any circumstances.
  • I understand and agree that Puppies Up North makes no guarantees about the dog’s temperament, amount of shedding, and damages or injuries caused by the dog.
  • I agree to contact Puppies Up North if my companion dog needs to be euthanized for any reason…this is to help us keep up with breeding great puppies.
  • I agree to spay (female) or neuter (male) the puppy between 5-6 months (or when your vet determines is the appropriate timeframe) and send proof of spay or neutering from my vet by way of receipt.
  • If I choose not to spay or neuter the puppy you adopted from Puppies Up North and send a receipt from my vet in the time frame requested, that I have spayed or neutered my puppy, then Puppies Up North has the right to actively pursue a fee of $5,000 for fees charged for a "breeding dog."
  • Prior to the dog being released, I agree to provide Puppies Up North (#1) a picture of me & my immediate family, (#2) a picture of family room and (#3) a picture of your backyard where puppy will romp in. These pictures can be texted to 320-250-2464.
  • Puppies Up North has made every effort to provide you with a healthy, happy companion dog.
  • Puppies Up North is not responsible for any financial obligations that may occur due to the health after adoption.
